Factory Data, S.L., as the entity responsible for this Website and in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), has implemented all the technical and organisational security measures established in Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December (which implements the LOPD) to guarantee and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data entered.

For the purposes of the provisions of the LOPD, Factory Data, S.L. informs you that the data you are voluntarily providing us with will be incorporated into our information systems in order to carry out the necessary commercial and administrative procedures with users of the website. STATISTICAL ANALYSIS

When you use our services, and in order to provide you with all the data analyses we perform based on your searches, we will store information about the searches you perform on our system or on the websites you have voluntarily activated, including the following data: the date and time, the reference you searched for, your IP address, and the domain from which the search was performed.

Factory Data provides services to customers based on obtaining various types of data related to replacement products in the automotive sector. These include, among others, the product description, brand, corresponding reference, equivalents with other parts, as well as their specific attributes. Factory Data stores all data using its own identifiers, which are structured exclusively in its own master tables.

The use of manufacturers' brands and references is exclusively for the purpose of identifying the model to which each part corresponds. All products, brands and references associated with spare parts may be subject to protection by design or model registrations, both Community and national, which are the property of their respective registered owners. Any use of these products for purposes other than those established is not authorised or permitted under any circumstances. The use of manufacturer brands and product references is solely for the purpose of indicating the model to which each part corresponds.

Furthermore, Factory Data does not extract or process any personal data for the purpose of obtaining data related to replacement products. Similarly, Factory Data does not process works subject to copyright, specifically software or databases, for the marketing of products.

ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT

The User declares that they have been informed of the conditions regarding the protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to the automated processing of such data by Factory Data, S.L. in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this Personal Data Protection Policy.

Through this Privacy Policy, we inform you that the photographs posted on the website are the property of Factory Data, S.L., including those of minors, for which prior consent has been obtained from parents, guardians or legal representatives by signing the forms created for this purpose by the centres in which the minors are enrolled. However, the parents, guardians or representatives of minors, as holders of the rights of these minors, and always upon formal written request, may indicate their refusal to allow the use of the minor's image; in this case, the image will be pixelated.

Factory Data, S.L reserves the right to update, modify or delete the information contained on the website, and may even limit or deny access to the information.

SEND CV

If you send your CV through our website, we inform you that the data provided will be processed in order to include you in any selection processes that may arise, as a candidate for the vacancy of the Data Controller. We inform you that this is the only official procedure for accepting your CV, and CVs sent by any other means will not be accepted. In the event of any change in your data, please notify us in writing as soon as possible in order to keep your data properly updated.

The data will be kept for a maximum period of one year, after which it will be deleted, guaranteeing total confidentiality both in its processing and subsequent destruction. In this regard, once the aforementioned period has elapsed, if you wish to continue participating in the selection processes of the Data Controller, please send us your CV again.

The data may be processed and/or communicated to the companies belonging to our group during the period in which your CV is stored and for the same purposes as those previously stated.

Consequently, in each of the forms on the Website, the User has the possibility of giving their express consent to receive our Newsletter, regardless of the commercial information specifically requested.

LEGISLATION

For all intents and purposes, the relations between Factory Data, S.L. and the users of its telematic services, present on this website, are subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction, to which the parties expressly submit, with the Courts and Tribunals of Lleida being competent for the resolution of all conflicts arising from or related to their use.
