Pero tienen un l\u00edmite: <b>muestran principalmente lo que la empresa ya ha conseguido capturar<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Lo que se ha vendido.<br \/>\nLo que ha rotado.<br \/>\nLo que aparece en el ERP.<br \/>\nLo que ya forma parte del sistema.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-8732\" empresa y que no ha recibido una respuesta adecuada. <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ah\u00ed es donde aparecen las primeras se\u00f1ales de desalineaci\u00f3n entre la demanda real y la oferta de producto.<\/p>\n<p>Una referencia buscada que no encuentra respuesta.<br \/>\nUn producto disponible que no aparece como alternativa.<br \/>\nUna consulta repetida que nunca llega a pedido.<br \/>\nUna familia con demanda real, pero sin suficiente cobertura o disponibilidad.<\/p>\n<p>Nada de eso suele aparecer como una p\u00e9rdida clara.<\/p>\n<p>No genera una factura perdida.<br \/>\nNo siempre llega al responsable de producto.<br \/>\nNo siempre se analiza de forma agrupada.<br \/>\nSimplemente desaparece.<\/p>\n<p>Y cuando una oportunidad desaparece antes de hacerse visible, deja de existir para tus indicadores habituales.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso <b>una empresa puede tener buenos datos, buenos equipos y buenos sistemas\u2026 y aun as\u00ed no saber qu\u00e9 ingresos se est\u00e1n escapando dentro de su propia demanda. <\/b><\/p>\n<p>No hablamos de teor\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p><b>En an\u00e1lisis realizados con clientes reales, este tipo de oportunidades ya ha mostrado impactos anuales estimados de entre 50.000\u20ac y 450.000\u20ac, dentro de demanda que esas empresas ya estaban recibiendo<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Las ventas muestran lo que has capturado.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>La demanda que no recibe respuesta, muestra lo que podr\u00edas estar dejando escapar. <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Esa diferencia es cr\u00edtica.<\/p>\n<p>Porque si una referencia no se vende, puedes pensar que no tiene demanda.<\/p>\n<p>Pero puede ocurrir algo muy distinto: que la demanda exista, pero no haya conseguido conectar con tu oferta.<\/p>\n<p>Y eso cambia completamente la decisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><b>No es lo mismo no vender porque no hay mercado, que no vender porque la oportunidad se pierde antes de llegar a la venta<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>El verdadero coste de no verlo no es solo perder una venta puntual.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Es no saber d\u00f3nde tu gama se queda corta.<\/li>\n<li>Es no saber d\u00f3nde el stock no acompa\u00f1a a la demanda real.<\/li>\n<li>Es no saber d\u00f3nde tus clientes buscan una soluci\u00f3n y no reciben una respuesta adecuada.<\/li>\n<li>Es no saber d\u00f3nde concentrar primero el trabajo de mejora.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>En un mercado con miles de referencias, marcas, alternativas y canales de entrada, estas se\u00f1ales ya no se pueden revisar manualmente<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Aisladas, parecen peque\u00f1as.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img
