findable.<\/p>\n<p>It may be in your range\u2026<br \/>\nbut not in stock at that moment.<\/p>\n<p>It may be available\u2026<br \/>\nbut not be competitive.<\/p>\n<p>And then something critical happens: <b>demand exists, but your company cannot respond<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>And that doesn\u2019t show up in any traditional KPI<\/b>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">The problem is not demand<\/h2>\n<p><b>Demand is there<\/b>.<br \/>\nAnd in many cases, larger than you think.<\/p>\n<p>The real problem is something else: your actual ability to respond to that demand<\/p>\n<p>And most critically, <b>you don\u2019t know what share of that demand you can actually respond to correctly<\/b>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">You\u2019re making decisions with incomplete information<\/h2>\n<p>When you only analyze sales:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>you don\u2019t see what you couldn\u2019t fulfill<\/li>\n<li>you don\u2019t detect patterns of unmet demand<\/li>\n<li>you don\u2019t understand where your structure is failing<\/li>\n<li>you can\u2019t prioritize correctly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You\u2019re making decisions based on part of the market.<br \/>\nNot the real
