perdida<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pero las ventas solo cuentan una parte muy peque\u00f1a de lo que realmente ocurre en el mercado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Porque antes de que exista una venta -o incluso una venta perdida- ya ha ocurrido algo mucho m\u00e1s importante: la demanda del mercado. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cada d\u00eda, los clientes buscan productos, piden referencias, realizan consultas o intentan encontrar equivalencias.<\/p>\n<p>Toda esa actividad es\u00a0<strong>demanda real del mercado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pero el mercado no se organiza por referencias ni por marcas.<\/p>\n<p>El mercado se organiza por\u00a0<strong>productos que los clientes necesitan resolver<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Y cuando esa demanda llega a una empresa, no siempre puede transformarse en negocio.<\/p>\n<p>Ah\u00ed es donde empieza el verdadero problema del aftermarket.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">El problema que el aftermarket no est\u00e1 viendo<\/h2>\n<p>Muchas empresas creen que su problema est\u00e1 en las ventas.<\/p>\n<p>Pero en realidad el problema empieza mucho antes, en la demanda que reciben de sus clientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>no encuentra equivalencias correctas<\/li>\n<li>no encuentra el producto disponible<\/li>\n<li>no encuentra stock<\/li>\n<li><strong>simplemente la oferta no es competitiva<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Como consecuencia,<b> parte de esa demanda queda diluida, fragmentada o porque\u00a0<strong>la empresa no siempre tiene las condiciones necesarias para convertir esa demanda en venta.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">Demand Conversion<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Aqu\u00ed aparece un concepto diferente.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No se trata de mirar solo las ventas.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de entender\u00a0<strong>la relaci\u00f3n entre la demanda que recibe una empresa y su capacidad real de convertirla en negocio.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Podemos entenderlo de forma muy simple:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conversi\u00f3n de Demanda = Demanda recibida \u00d7 Capacidad <\/strong><strong>real <\/strong><strong>de conversi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Toda empresa recibe demanda. <strong>Pero no toda esa demanda puede transformarse en negocio. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0<strong>demanda recibida<\/strong>\u00a0representa todo lo que el mercado est\u00e1 intentando comprar.<\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0<strong>capacidad de conversi\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0depende de m\u00faltiples factores: equivalencias entre referencias, disponibilidad de producto, stock, surtido o procesos internos.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando esa capacidad se ve limitada por ineficiencias, parte de la demanda queda fuera de la capacidad real de convertirse en venta.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">Las ineficiencias de conversi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Muchas de estas ineficiencias ni siquiera aparecen en las ventas.<br \/>\nEn realidad ya est\u00e1n presentes dentro de la propia demanda.<\/p>\n<p>Pero permanecen ocultas porque la demanda suele estar fragmentada:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>diferentes referencias<\/li>\n<li>diferentes marcas<\/li>\n<li>diferentes formas de buscar el mismo producto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Como consecuencia, el negocio potencial queda disperso y no se reconoce como tal.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\">Un cambio de perspectiva<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Las\u00a0ventas perdidas\u00a0muestran lo que ya
