Y aparentemente controlable.<\/h4>\n<h4>Pero es solo la parte visible.<\/h4>\n<h4><b>Reducir la p\u00e9rdida de ventas a la falta de stock es una simplificaci\u00f3n c\u00f3moda<\/b>: permite se\u00f1alar un motivo claro, una causa tangible y una soluci\u00f3n operativa. Sin embargo, la realidad comercial de un distribuidor empieza mucho antes del pedido\u2026 y muchas veces termina sin que nadie registre lo que ha ocurrido.<\/h4>\n<h4>Cada d\u00eda, <b>clientes realizan b\u00fasquedas en cat\u00e1logos y webshops, y tambi\u00e9n formulan consultas por tel\u00e9fono o WhatsApp<\/b> que forman parte de la demanda real del negocio. <b>Es<\/b><b>t<\/b><b>a actividad es demanda expl\u00edcita. Demanda medible. Demanda estrat\u00e9gica<\/b>.<\/h4>\n<h4>Y, sin embargo, en la mayor\u00eda de <b>empresas solo se analiza aquello que acaba convirti\u00e9ndose en pedido<\/b>. Todo lo dem\u00e1s desaparece.<\/h4>\n<h4>Cuando un cliente busca una referencia pero no se encuentra la equivalencia hacia el producto.<br \/>\nCuando la gama est\u00e1 incompleta y obliga al cliente a buscar en otro proveedor.<br \/>\nCuando el precio no es competitivo en un producto sensible.<br \/>\nCuando el error en la identificaci\u00f3n genera abandono silencioso.<\/h4>\n<h4>Nada de esto suele registrarse como \u201cventa perdida\u201d.<\/h4>\n<h4>Simplemente no ocurre la venta.<\/h4>\n<h4>Y cuando algo no se registra, no se gestiona.<\/h4>\n<h4>Tras analizar cientos de miles de consultas reales en entornos de distribuci\u00f3n de recambio, el patr\u00f3n es claro: la falta de stock es solo una fracci\u00f3n del problema. En determinados operadores, <b>la p\u00e9rdida estructural asociada a errores de equivalencias, gama o precio puede multiplicar por tres la venta perdida cl\u00e1sica atribuida a disponibilidad<\/b>.<\/h4>\n<h4>Y en muchas organizaciones, incluso la venta perdida atribuida al stock se maneja como una estimaci\u00f3n operativa m\u00e1s que como una m\u00e9trica estrat\u00e9gica.<\/h4>\n<h4><b>El problema no es el stock.
