En parte es cierto. Pero tambi\u00e9n es una explicaci\u00f3n c\u00f3moda que, demasiadas veces, sirve para justificar resultados comerciales que tienen otra causa mucho m\u00e1s inc\u00f3moda.<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>No es el mercado.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Es la conversi\u00f3n de la demanda que ya existe.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>La mayor\u00eda de empresas del sector de recambios tienen un control exhaustivo de lo que venden. Facturaci\u00f3n, m\u00e1rgenes, rotaci\u00f3n, rentabilidad por cliente o por familia de producto.<br \/>\nLos sistemas actuales permiten analizar con precisi\u00f3n el pasado y explicarlo con todo detalle.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>El problema no est\u00e1 en las ventas, sino en la conversi\u00f3n de la demanda.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>El verdadero vac\u00edo aparece cuando se intenta responder a una pregunta mucho m\u00e1s inc\u00f3moda: <strong>\u00bfqu\u00e9 parte de la demanda real no se ha convertido en ventas?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Cada d\u00eda entran consultas, b\u00fasquedas y peticiones que no terminan en una l\u00ednea de factura. No porque el cliente no quiera comprar, sino porque el sistema no responde adecuadamente en ese momento concreto. Simplemente no sucede.<br \/>\n<strong>Y lo que no se ve, no se gestiona.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>El P&amp;L <\/strong><strong>(profits&amp;losses \/ beneficios&amp;p\u00e9rdidas)<\/strong> <strong>llega demasiado tarde para explicar las ventas perdidas.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Las decisiones comerciales se toman, en muchos casos, mirando \u00fanicamente ventas, m\u00e1rgenes y resultados. Pero el P&amp;L solo muestra lo que ya ha ocurrido, no lo que pudo haber ocurrido.<br \/>\n<strong>Toda la demanda que no se convirti\u00f3 en venta queda fuera del an\u00e1lisis y de la toma de decisiones.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>La verdadera batalla no est\u00e1 en el reporting ni en el Business Intelligence tradicional. <strong>Est\u00e1 antes, en el punto exacto en el que una demanda concreta se convierte \u2014o no\u2014 en ingreso.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>Si no sabes qu\u00e9 demanda est\u00e1s perdiendo, est\u00e1s tomando decisiones con una visi\u00f3n parcial del negocio. <\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>En un mercado maduro, con presi\u00f3n constante sobre precios y m\u00e1rgenes, crecer ya no depende tanto de generar m\u00e1s demanda como de <strong>aprovechar mejor la que ya tienes<\/strong>.<br \/>\nAh\u00ed es donde aparece una de las palancas m\u00e1s olvidadas del sector: <strong>la conversi\u00f3n de demanda<\/strong>.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>Mejorar la conversi\u00f3n de demanda es una palanca operativa y accionable<\/strong>, no un concepto te\u00f3rico.
