{"id":5815,"date":"2024-04-16T07:59:12","date_gmt":"2024-04-16T07:59:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.factorydata.com\/?p=5815"},"modified":"2024-04-16T07:59:12","modified_gmt":"2024-04-16T07:59:12","slug":"fases-la-planificacion-gama","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.factorydata.com\/en\/fases-la-planificacion-gama\/","title":{"rendered":"Fases en la planificaci\u00f3n de gama"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong>La planificaci\u00f3n de gama<\/strong> determina la <strong>combinaci\u00f3n adecuada de productos a ofrecer a los clientes<\/strong> y es una herramienta muy poderosa para <strong>obtener una ventaja competitiva, maximizando la eficiencia, la rentabilidad y las ventas<\/strong>.<\/h4>\n<h4>Ya hace algunos meses, vimos en el art\u00edculo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.factorydata.com\/en\/2022\/08\/10\/diferencia-optimizar-stock-la-gama-producto\/\">Diferencia entre optimizar el estock y la gama de producto<\/a>\u00a0la diferencia entre estos dos procesos. De hecho, <strong>la mayor\u00eda de empresas confunden<\/strong> el concepto \u201c<strong>estock<\/strong>\u201d con el de \u201c<strong>gama<\/strong>\u201d, siendo <strong>este \u00faltimo un concepto mucho m\u00e1s complejo y que requiere de elementos mucho m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles para poderla gestionar<\/strong>.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>En este art\u00edculo explicaremos en detalle en que consiste el <strong>proceso de planificaci\u00f3n de gama<\/strong> y sus <strong>3 fases principales<\/strong>, que son:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h4><strong>An\u00e1lisis de la demanda<\/strong>. Se analizan las necesidades del mercado.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4><strong>Selecci\u00f3n de productos<\/strong>. Se escogen nuevos productos teniendo en cuenta el an\u00e1lisis de la demanda y la estrateg\u00eda de cada empresa (tipo producto que comercializa, segmento de aplicaci\u00f3n que est\u00e1 especializada, etc.).<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4><strong>Selecci\u00f3n de proveedores<\/strong>. Se identifican las referencias asociadas a los productos seleccionados, teniendo en cuenta marcas disponibles en el mercado, calidad, precios, etc.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/www.factorydata.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Assortment-Fases.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5816\" src=\"https:\/\/www.factorydata.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Assortment-Fases.png\" alt=\"Assortment Fases\" width=\"955\" height=\"236\" \/><\/a><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Seguramente la <strong>fase 1<\/strong>, <strong>an\u00e1lisis de la demanda<\/strong>, es la m\u00e1s compleja de todas, porque se debe disponer de distintos elementos para poder realizarla, en particular:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><strong>Conocimiento de todo el dominio<\/strong> que queremos analizar, en nuestro caso todas las referencias del mercado.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4><strong>Modelo de datos que defina todos los productos que existen<\/strong> (puede ser una definici\u00f3n de parque de veh\u00edculos, una codificaci\u00f3n universal de productos, etc.). Entre otras cosas nos sirve para determinar que productos ya dispones y cuales te faltan.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4><strong>Mecanismo para asociar la demanda del mercado a los distintos productos<\/strong> que existen y por lo tanto, poder calcular con precisi\u00f3n el potencial de venta de todos ellos.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>En la <strong>fase 2<\/strong>, <strong>selecci\u00f3n de productos<\/strong>,<strong> descubrimos novedades<\/strong> de productos, priorizando aquellos que tienen m\u00e1s demanda en el mercado, pero tambi\u00e9n se detectan por ejemplo, productos que est\u00e1n en tu gama y que son potencialmente obsoletos por su baja demanda. A partir de toda esta informaci\u00f3n se debe <strong>escoger los productos nuevos que quieres a\u00f1adir y aquellos que deber\u00edas eliminar<\/strong> de la gama de producto.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>En la<strong> fase 3<\/strong>, <strong>selecci\u00f3n de proveedores<\/strong>, debes realizar una prospecci\u00f3n de opciones disponibles en el mercado, a partir de bases de datos, cat\u00e1logos de proveedores o asistentes de b\u00fasqueda de producto, para <strong>determinar cual es la mejor para comprar o quiz\u00e1s decidas fabricar el producto<\/strong> si ten\u00e9is la capacidad de hacerlo.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Todo <strong>este proceso deber\u00edas realizarlo de manera peri\u00f3dica<\/strong>, idealmente una vez al mes, y no menos de una vez por trimestre, porque <strong>los niveles de demanda de los productos en el mercado var\u00edan de forma permanente<\/strong> y debes poder <strong>mantener una gama eficiente y rentable<\/strong>.<\/h4>\n<h4>Finalmente recordarte que en el mercado existen muchas <strong>herramientas para optimizar el estock<\/strong>, utilizan <strong>par\u00e1metros universales<\/strong> como: ventas, estock actual, estock m\u00ednimo, etc.. Estas<strong> herramientas no tienen conocimiento espec\u00edfico del dominio de productos<\/strong> sobre el que act\u00faan y se limitan a aplicar f\u00f3rmulas matem\u00e1ticas y\/o estad\u00edsticas, que<strong> no tienen nada que ver con la planificaci\u00f3n de gama y el descubrimiento de nuevos productos<\/strong>.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>Neo system<\/strong>, es un sistema de<strong> an\u00e1lisis de la demanda espec\u00edfico para recambios de veh\u00edculos<\/strong> que te ayuda de manera muy potente en la <strong>planificaci\u00f3n de la gama<\/strong>.
