Pero,<strong> \u00bfsabemos realmente que es, las ventajas que aporta al mercado y las limitaciones intr\u00ednsecas que tiene?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4>El \u201cktype de Tecdoc\u201d no es m\u00e1s que un <strong>identificador num\u00e9rico<\/strong> que est\u00e1 vinculado a una <strong>definici\u00f3n de veh\u00edculo (marca, modelo, tipo, a\u00f1o)<\/strong> y que las distintas marcas pueden <strong>utilizar para vincular sus productos<\/strong>.<\/h4>\n<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/www.factorydata.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/ktype-tecdoc-ESP.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3862\" src=\"https:\/\/www.factorydata.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/ktype-tecdoc-ESP.png\" alt=\"ktype tecdoc ESP\" width=\"549\" height=\"213\" \/><\/a><\/h4>\n<h4>Este mecanismo no es la \u00fanica manera que existe para poder definir las aplicaciones de las piezas, tenemos lo que se llama<strong> aplicaciones por configuraci\u00f3n<\/strong> y consiste en definir para cada pieza, y en base a unas 30 o 40 <strong>propiedades del veh\u00edculo<\/strong>, cuales son aquellos valores v\u00e1lidos para estas propiedades con la que es compatible la pieza (incluso algunas veces podemos definir valores de propiedades con restricciones de uso, es decir que definen incompatibilidades).<\/h4>\n<h4>Un ejemplo de aplicaciones por configuraci\u00f3n podr\u00eda ser:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Marca: Volvo<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Modelo: XC90<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Tipo: I (275), II (256)<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Tipo tracci\u00f3n: AWD<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Tipo combustible: Gasolina<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Motor: B5254T2, B5254T9, \u2026 (tantos como sean necesarios)<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>C\u00f3digo transmisi\u00f3n: 30681190, \u2026 (tantos como sean necesarios)<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Lado direcci\u00f3n: Izquierda,\u00a0Derecha<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Regi\u00f3n: Europa<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Como vemos estamos enumerando valores distintos para distintas propiedades del veh\u00edculo. Puede parecer un poco complicado, pero nos est\u00e1 definiendo con <strong>m\u00e1xima precisi\u00f3n sobre que combinaci\u00f3n de propiedades del veh\u00edculo se puede montar una pieza<\/strong> determinada.<\/h4>\n<h4>Est\u00e1 claro que<strong> seg\u00fan el tipo de pieza<\/strong> sobre la cual queramos especificar sus aplicaciones, <strong>se deber\u00e1n utilizar m\u00e1s o menos propiedades<\/strong> para concretar exactamente donde puede ir montada. Pero imag\u00ednese que vende alfombrillas para los pies, quiz\u00e1s \u00fanicamente con 2 propiedades del tipo Marca y Modelo ya tendr\u00eda suficiente precisi\u00f3n para definir su aplicaciones y equivaldr\u00eda a centenares de \u201cktypes de Tecdoc\u201d que en caso contrario deber\u00edamos enumerar y mantener uno a uno.<\/h4>\n<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/www.factorydata.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/ktype-tecdoc2-ESP.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3863\" src=\"https:\/\/www.factorydata.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/ktype-tecdoc2-ESP.png\" alt=\"ktype tecdoc2 ESP\" width=\"549\" height=\"238\" \/><\/a><\/h4>\n<h4>En cambio, si usted es por ejemplo un fabricante de transmisiones, podr\u00e1 definir aquellas propiedades exactas que necesita para determinar con m\u00e1xima precisi\u00f3n donde puede montarse cada transmisi\u00f3n y de esta manera cuando busquemos por aplicaci\u00f3n encontremos exactamente la pieza que necesitamos.<\/h4>\n<h4>Todo y que los fabricantes de veh\u00edculos (OEM) utilizan en sus bases de datos aplicaciones por configuraci\u00f3n, las malas noticias es que la posventa en Europa parece que <strong>se ha decantado por simplificarlo todo y utilizar aplicaciones definidas<\/strong> (como el \u201cktype de Tecdoc\u201d) que son m\u00e1s sencillas de manejar.<\/h4>\n<h4>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el precio que pagamos en la <strong>posventa en Europa<\/strong> de utilizar aplicaciones por definici\u00f3n en lugar de aplicaciones por configuraci\u00f3n? La granularidad o nivel de detalle. En este caso <strong>la granularidad que aporta las aplicaciones por definici\u00f3n es mucho menor y tiene un impacto directo en la precisi\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n que obtenemos.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4>Cuando buscamos por ejemplo una transmisi\u00f3n o un alternador a partir de un \u201cktype de Tecdoc\u201d, encontramos habitualmente m\u00e1s de una pieza y por lo tanto no podemos saber exactamente cual de ellas es la que necesitamos.<\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.factorydata.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/ktype-tecdoc3.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3864\" src=\"https:\/\/www.factorydata.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/ktype-tecdoc3.png\" alt=\"ktype tecdoc3\" width=\"514\" height=\"189\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Para acabar de asumir la situaci\u00f3n que tenemos en Europa, hay que explicar que <strong>buscar por matr\u00edcula o por bastidor en bases de datos de la posventa no a\u00f1ade ning\u00fan tipo de precisi\u00f3n adicional en los resultados, porque internamente lo que se hace es asignar o transformar la matr\u00edcula o el bastidor a un \u201cktype de Tecdoc\u201d para as\u00ed acabar buscando en la misma base de datos con datos donde tenemos enlazadas las piezas.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.factorydata.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/ktype-tecdoc4.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3865\" src=\"https:\/\/www.factorydata.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/ktype-tecdoc4.png\" alt=\"ktype tecdoc4\" width=\"550\" height=\"171\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>En el pr\u00f3ximo
