{"id":2943,"date":"2020-07-14T07:28:01","date_gmt":"2020-07-14T07:28:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.factorydata.com\/?p=2943&amp;lang=es"},"modified":"2020-07-14T07:28:01","modified_gmt":"2020-07-14T07:28:01","slug":"call-center-la-jungla-diaria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.factorydata.com\/en\/call-center-la-jungla-diaria\/","title":{"rendered":"Call center: \u00a1la jungla diaria!"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>En el sector de recambios de veh\u00edculos todav\u00eda se realizan una gran cantidad de consultas por tel\u00e9fono.<\/h4>\n<h4>Esto obliga a las empresas a dimensionar con mucho personal los departamentos de atenci\u00f3n al cliente para as\u00ed poder atender la mayor cantidad posible de llamadas telef\u00f3nicas.<\/h4>\n<h4><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2944 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.factorydata.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Call-center.png\" alt=\"Call center\" width=\"200\" height=\"255\" \/><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Para poder solucionar este problema, cada vez m\u00e1s las empresas est\u00e1n implantando <strong>cat\u00e1logos electr\u00f3nicos y\/o tiendas web que ayudan a reducir el volumen de llamadas telef\u00f3nicas<\/strong>.<\/h4>\n<h4>En este art\u00edculo, hemos querido analizar los vol\u00famenes de consultas que reciben estos sistemas electr\u00f3nicos durante el horario laboral dependiendo del tama\u00f1o de la empresa.<\/h4>\n<h4>Podemos verlo en la siguiente tabla:<\/h4>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2946\" src=\"http:\/\/www.factorydata.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Daily-jungle-1.png\" alt=\"Daily jungle\" width=\"678\" height=\"139\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>\u00a0Si tenemos en cuenta que <strong>se producen, en momentos puntuales, picos de vol\u00famenes de consultas de hasta x2 y x3 respecto la media<\/strong>, nos podemos imaginar la cantidad de personal que necesitar\u00edamos para atender telef\u00f3nicamente todas estas consultas, seria totalmente insostenible.<\/h4>\n<h4><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2949 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.factorydata.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/E-commerce.png\" alt=\"E-commerce\" width=\"200\" height=\"198\" \/><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Est\u00e1 por lo tanto, m\u00e1s que demostrado, la <strong>vital importancia que tienen hoy en d\u00eda los sistemas electr\u00f3nicos de consulta<\/strong>, al permitirnos ofrecer un servicio \u00e1gil a nuestros clientes y reducir al mismos tiempo la carga de trabajo que generar\u00edan todas estas consultas telef\u00f3nicas.<\/h4>\n<h4>Pero se ha planteado alguna vez, <strong>\u00bfqu\u00e9 calidad de servicio ofrecen los sistemas electr\u00f3nicos de consulta que tiene en su empresa? \u00bfsabe que de media, el 20% de las consultas que realizan sus clientes no devuelven resultado?<\/strong> Esto ocurre bien porque el formato de la referencia introducida no es reconocida en su base de datos o bien porque no existe equivalencia con el producto que tiene en el almac\u00e9n.<\/h4>\n<h4><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2950 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.factorydata.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/0-results-300x70.png\" alt=\"0 results\" width=\"411\" height=\"96\" \/><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>En el mejor de los casos, estas consultas que no devuelven resultado en nuestros sistemas electr\u00f3nicos, nos generar\u00e1n llamadas telef\u00f3nicas que deber\u00e1n ser atendidas, <strong>pero el mayor riesgo es que el cliente busque en otra web<\/strong>.<\/h4>\n<h4><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2951 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.factorydata.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Problems-Jumping-to-competitors2.png\" alt=\"Problems - Jumping to competitors2\" width=\"302\" height=\"208\" \/><\/h4>\n<h4>Hoy en d\u00eda, existe la tecnolog\u00eda para poder analizar la calidad de servicio que ofrecen sus sistemas de consulta as\u00ed como y tambi\u00e9n para poder mejorarlo de forma autom\u00e1tica.<\/h4>\n<p>By Joan Cab\u00f3s<br \/>\nCEO &amp; Founder<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el sector de recambios de veh\u00edculos todav\u00eda se realizan una gran cantidad de consultas por tel\u00e9fono.
