Mantener el ritmo de incorporaciones de producto en las distintas familias de piezas de recambio o incorporar una linea nueva de producto tiene un coste muy elevado.<\/h4>\n<h4>El objetivo de cualquier distribuidor deber\u00eda ser el poder suministrar el producto que le pide el cliente en el momento que se lo pide pero intentando maximizar la rentabilidad de la inversi\u00f3n en el inventario.<\/h4>\n<h4>Pero, \u00bfCu\u00e1ndo es el momento adecuado para introducir un nuevo producto en nuestro almac\u00e9n? \u00bf<strong>Es la antig\u00fcedad del veh\u00edculo donde van montadas las piezas un factor determinante para tomar esta decisi\u00f3n<\/strong>?<\/h4>\n<h4>Primero vamos a analizar el volumen de demanda en el mercado de la posventa en Europa seg\u00fan la edad del veh\u00edculo (a\u00f1os) donde van montadas las piezas, en base a 1000 alternadores y motores de arranque con aplicaciones en veh\u00edculos ligeros:<\/h4>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1307 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.factorydata.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Blog_evolution_ESP_pic1-300x114.png\" alt=\"Blog_evolution_ESP_pic1\" width=\"453\" height=\"172\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Si analizamos estos datos, podr\u00edamos identificar 5 etapas diferentes:<\/h4>\n<h4><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1310 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.factorydata.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Blog_evolution_ESP_pic2-1-300x115.png\" alt=\"Blog_evolution_ESP_pic2\" width=\"439\" height=\"168\" \/><\/h4>\n<h4>Como ya era de esperar, estamos confirmando la relaci\u00f3n que existe entre el volumen de la demanda del mercado y la antig\u00fcedad del veh\u00edculo.<\/h4>\n<h4>Ahora, vamos a analizar el porcentaje de estas piezas de recambio que tienen demanda alta, demanda baja o no tienen demanda, seg\u00fan la antig\u00fcedad del veh\u00edculo (a\u00f1os):<\/h4>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1305 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.factorydata.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Blog_evolution_ESP_pic3-300x151.png\" alt=\"Blog_evolution_ESP_pic3\" width=\"533\" height=\"268\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Si analizamos estos datos, durante las 5 etapas de antig\u00fcedad de los veh\u00edculos que hemos identificado, podemos extraer las siguientes conclusiones:<\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1304 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.factorydata.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Blog_evolution_ESP_pic4-300x140.png\" alt=\"Blog_evolution_ESP_pic4\" width=\"662\" height=\"309\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Como vemos, en todas las distintas etapas de los veh\u00edculos, existen elevados porcentajes de piezas que tiene demanda baja o sencillamente no tiene demanda. Esto provoca en todo momento gran incertidumbre en la correcta selecci\u00f3n de los productos que debemos incorporar en nuestro almac\u00e9n.<\/h4>\n<h4>Ahora, como ejemplo, vamos a analizar la evoluci\u00f3n de la demanda de 2 productos:<\/h4>\n<h4>1) Alternador serie TG de VALEO con aplicaci\u00f3n SEAT del 2004.<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Entre 5 y 9 a\u00f1os: activaci\u00f3n de la demanda.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Entre 10 y 15 a\u00f1os: demanda \u00f3ptima y estable.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1303 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.factorydata.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Blog_evolution_ESP_pic5-300x145.png\" alt=\"Blog_evolution_ESP_pic5\" width=\"451\" height=\"218\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>2) Alternador start\/stop de VALEO con aplicaci\u00f3n PSA del 2008.<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\n<h4>Entre 3 y 4 a\u00f1os: activaci\u00f3n de la demanda.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\n<h4>Entre 5 y 9 a\u00f1os: demanda \u00f3ptima y creciente.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1302 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.factorydata.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Blog_evolution_ESP_pic6-300x150.png\" alt=\"Blog_evolution_ESP_pic6\" width=\"452\" height=\"226\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Como podemos observar, los a\u00f1os necesarios para la activaci\u00f3n de la demanda (10 \u00f3 4 a\u00f1os respectivamente) y el comportamiento de la demanda (estable o creciente respectivamente) es totalmente diferente para los dos productos.<\/h4>\n<h4><strong>Conclusiones<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h4>La evoluci\u00f3n de la demanda para cada producto es totalmente distinta.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>La antig\u00fcedad del veh\u00edculo donde van montadas las piezas, no determina con precisi\u00f3n ni el volumen ni la evoluci\u00f3n de la demanda futura de las piezas.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Para motores de arranques y alternadores con aplicaciones de veh\u00edculos ligeros, el <strong>33<\/strong>% de las piezas para veh\u00edculos de entre 3 y 4 a\u00f1os, el <strong>12%<\/strong> para veh\u00edculos de entre 5 y 9 a\u00f1os y el <strong>4%<\/strong> para veh\u00edculos de entre 10 y 15 a\u00f1os, <strong>no tienen demanda<\/strong>.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>El an\u00e1lisis sistematizado de los datos de demanda, inteligentemente agrupados, proporciona una fuente de informaci\u00f3n valiosa y determinante que representa una oportunidad para una mejora de la eficiencia y la competitividad para el distribuidor, especialmente para la gesti\u00f3n de los productos con poca demanda.<\/h4>\n<h4><strong>Market Expert<\/strong>: Sistema de informaci\u00f3n y de apoyo a la toma de decisiones para distribuidores de piezas de recambio de veh\u00edculos.<\/h4>\n<p>By\u00a0 Joan Cab\u00f3s<br \/>\nCEO &amp; Founder<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Como comentamos recientemente, el inventario constituye el mayor activo para un distribuidor.
